Further Comments
This boat has been in a garage since it has been pulled out of the water. Wood is solid and does not have worms. Some boards need replaced and caulked since its been sitting for awhile. It will need work, fortunately it is mainly new varnish, paint and upholstery. It sits on a 50ft custom built trailer.
