Further Comments
This beautiful and very unique boat is #7 of only 8 that were built in this modal and year. The boat is a project boat and I have completed a number of repairs to the boat to include: 20 new smoked safety glass windows and window tracks, this includes both pilot house and lower main cabin (salon) windshields along with the wood work and the finish stain. 7 of 8 windows in the salon new. Windows through-out the salon new still needs 1 window in salon. Rub rails both sides replaced and done in Mahogany (still need to be stained and finished). Extensive amounts of the fiber glass around the Pilot house and salon cabin has been removed and much of the wood has been replaced as seen on the picture of the starboard side cabin. New shower door upgrade. New hot water tank. Carpet has been removed and ready for new carpet. All floors and closets have been freshly painted. Needs lots of fiber glass work on the outside salon cabin and pilot house and paint. Transom work is needed. The boat is not all rotted out, the decks are in supreme condition along with the super structure of the boat. The hull is in great condition but needs to be painted. Bottom is in great condition but needs painted. All the walls and cabin tops are in great condition. The interior is in great condition along with all the head liners in great condition. Some of the fresh water pipes need attention but most of the fresh water systems are in great condition along with both showers in great working condition. Boat holds about 300 gallons of fresh water. All stainless steel water tanks (3), stainless steel 500 gallon fuel tanks (2), stainless steel generator fuel tank 75 gallon (1) and 75 gallon stainless steel holding tank (1). The boat has about 32000 btu's air condition all in great working condition. There are four electric heaters on the boat and two need replaced. The boat has one stand up refrigerator and one chest freezer in great working condition. 90% of the work needed on this boat is on the outside of the boat. All the boats hardware is there and nothing is missing. Needs new heat exchanger core in the starboard engine but engines run GREAT, there tight and do not smoke, low hrs about 3500 hrs each. 7.5 kw Generator runs GREAT. This boat was built with all the best. The surveyor gives the boat a $108,000.00 market value when it is completed. I've owned the boat for 13 years and have kept it under cover and dry the whole time. I have lived on the boat in the past and it is very accommodating and very comfortable. The boat has a rear main cabin with full shower, one full size bed and one twin size bed with a vanity between the two beds and lots of drawers, storage and closet space. 8 solid brass (or bronze not sure which) hatch windows in the rear cabin. Forward cabin with V-birth and full shower. Also lots of drawers, storage and 4 solid brass (or bronze) windows. The boat is designed as a complete Live-A-Board. I have taken many trips with the boat and it has never let me down. It is great on fuel and uses only 10 gallons an hour at cruse speed and the generator uses 1/2 gallon an hour. Most boats this size burn in upwards of 100 gallons an hour. This boat is very affordable to run and operate. *A REAL FUEL MISER* So Sweet in today's economy with unpredictable fuel prices! The boat gets a great deal of attention wherever it goes. The purchase price does not include any dockage fees for the upcoming summer season but it can stay where it is until it can be moved for as much of the summer season as needed. The under cover dockage where the boat is will be at a rate of $2700.00 and that will pay till November 1st "09". The boat is currently in the water under cover. I will be available as a contractor to over see any and all refurbishing, restoration work and repairs before the boat leaves this area if the purchaser wishes. Feel free to contact me or email me with your questions or price quotes for work to be done. This Boat has been Sold
