This boat is 95+% Restored and rare, google it, The major work is done, new keel, shaft logs, transome, frames, planks, top side west systemed where it was canvas, mahag wood trim all new. new decks & teak on hand ready lay. Botom is primed this week and water line painted. located 1 block from 3 boat yards that you could punch out this boat in less than 4 wks, mostly hobby work left. Moving to N.Y. can afford to ship but wy bother as there a many wood boats in New England area but few left in FL. SAIL ARMY. RET. Officer & Ship Captain, 1,600 Ton Lic.
