BEST OFFER! PICTURES AVAILABLE CALL! This 40' x 14.5' Antique Classic Chris Craft, Limited Edition, Corinthian Sedan Fisherman, comparable to Rybovich design, is was the first one built in 1968 and launched in 1969. Of the 90 built by Chris Craft, in Salesbury, Maryland (25-1967, 45-1968, 20-1969) these vessels are desirable but rare to find. This was the last big wood boat Chris Craft customized. I've owned and extensively professionally restored her for over 20 years with modern life time materials. Replacement value over $300K and climbing. Its the only boat in the yard appreciating in value! International shipping available! Excellent Live Aboard and investment.
Her stable construction is refinished 3/4" lap strake plywood bottom, refinished mahogany and oak carvel plank sides and house with white oak sister frames every four inches: hull is tight and fasteners are solid. Above and below waterline sides inside and out, including bridge, are recently refinished. Frames, planks, fasteners replaced where questionable.
Cutlass bearings, shafts, strut alignment, propellers, couplings, backing plates and packing glands are well maintained; 1 3/8" stainless steel shafts and 23"x 23" Ni-Bral Propellers are also aligned and reconditioned. All hardware--thru hulls, rudders, struts, shafts, fuel tanks, and motors -- also bonded
In 2007 the entire aft deck was rebuilt with 5/8" Azek and A/C two-by-fours. In 2011 the forward deck was resurfaced with a durable, versatile white elastomeric rubberized membrane with skid guard, epoxy and 3/8" A/C plywood replaced in any areas which were questionable to be sound. 2012 interior salon sanded mahogany wood, replaced rug is hunter green, extensive 12 & 120 volt lighting added, replaced galley counter top ready for marble, formica, etc. New salon roof/bridge floor professionally replaced and refinished. Structurally, wood work completed to exceed manufacturer original specifications. Galley has new refrigerator with freezer, existing 4 burner propane stove with oven and broiler. Salon has stained glass window of dolphin in 1 of 3 sliding doors. Salon forward windows crank open, side windows slide open. Accommodations sleep four to six comfortably. 2012 electronics upgrades include salon flat screen TV/monitor, multi receiver, surround sound, blue tooth, HDMI & cable ready jacks. New 6 Gallon hot water heater and plumbing fixtures. 2013 below aft deck area, shaft log area, frames, tanks, fresh paint entire below deck area & cap rail restored. Stainless railing is following cabin forward, with three 19" hatches foredeck; head, V-berth and guest room. Bimini color is green. Survey, restoration, and equipment list available upon request.

Federal waste disposal regulations, a 35-gallon Monnel holding tank has been connected to the Raritan Crown II macerator head, meeting U.S. Guard Type III specifications for open/closed systems. As well, all potable water plumbing is flexible Redline PVC. Hot and cold water sinks and shower.
A refinished and spacious engine room also makes this vessel attractive. CO2 fire suppression system working automatically or manually. Engine Beds are empty ready for repower to diesel. Engine cratles are empty. I recommend powering to diesel and would assist with this project upon purchase. Call for details.
I am available to supervise additional restoration after sale.
