IN ST JOSEPH MISSIOURI AT THE TIME AND LATER KNOWN AS SEAJAY BOAT COMPANY. THE BOAT WAS BUILT AND SENT TO LAYS' OUTBOARD MOTOR SERVICE AND THEN WENT TO A DEALER IN DEKAB, IL IN 1952. WE SPOKE TO STEVE SCHOMBURG, THE SON OF CLIFF, IN MARCH OF 2011. HIS FATHER HAS PASSED AWAY AND HE HAS BECOME THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY.
