Further Comments
1930s restored runabout. Split cockpit with engine between. Custom trailer built to fit boat, perfect shape. Fancy aluminum wheels. Chris Craft four cylinder engine has been rebuilt and runs perfectly. New upholstery, battery, custom wood/brass steering wheel.
All chrome stripped and polished to bright brass, new propeller, new gas tank. Unblemished wood in amazing shape, especially for a vintage boat...some ocassional fogging of varnish due to humidty when applied. But no rot evident anywhere on boat.
The only caveat to this beautiful boat is I don't know exactly what it is...or what year! I can't find the hull numbers to confirm that it's a Chris Craft. But it definitely is a vintage boat that's been custom restored--- I'm still investigating this issue. In the meantime it's for sale while I'm restoring my Century Resorter.
