We have tried very hard for these past 20 years, consistent with our philosophy of stewardship of all that we own, to protect and maintain the Elizabeth P. Bridgman in keeping with the traditions set out by her boat builder, Paul Luke, and boat designer, William Garden. Hopefully, what we have attempted to preserve will last many generations beyond our lifetimes. People (and boats) deserve to know their heritage and Elizabeth P. is no exception. You may be interested in her history. The boat was built in 1956-57 to very high standards by Paul E. Luke of W. Boothbay Harbor, Maine and designed by William Garden of Seattle/Vancouver.
