I wanted to drop you a line to compliment you on your web site. It is really nice. If I can't sell it on your site it won't sell anywhere. Take care.
Beautiful redwood mahogany boat that my father and I built from a kit between 2000-2002. I no longer have the space for it nor do I have the means to give it the little bit of TLC it needs and deserves.

La Volpe is a classic, cutter-rigged Colin Archer ketch built in Norway in 1962. You will not find another boat like this: the entire hull, as well as the deck, is built from old-growth Burmese teak. The structural members are white oak. Structural fastenings are copper rivets and silicon bronze bolts bedded in tar. Tons of traditional bronze fittings. Built with the best materials, she will last many lifetimes. Sleeps 5. Well-equipped for cruising the west coast and beyond.
